By accessing and using Voicecard ("the Service"), including our Chrome extension and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Voicecard is an AI-powered voice memo service designed to help recruiters create Greenhouse scorecards more efficiently. The service includes:

  • A Chrome extension that integrates with Greenhouse scorecard pages
  • Voice recording and transcription capabilities
  • AI-powered content generation for scorecard fields
  • Account management and subscription services

3. Chrome Extension Usage

The Voicecard Chrome extension is designed to work specifically on Greenhouse scorecard pages. To access your account settings and manage your subscription, you can click the Voicecard icon in your browser toolbar, which will open your account page.

Important: The Chrome extension only runs on Greenhouse scorecard pages and is not intended for use on other websites or applications.

4. Service Availability and Outages

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. In the event of a wide-scale outage affecting our core functionality:

  • We will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours
  • If the outage exceeds 24 hours, your subscription will be pro-rated to remove the outage time
  • You will receive credit for the affected period on your next billing cycle

5. Data Processing and Privacy

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following data processing practices:

  • Audio Recordings: We do not permanently store your voice recordings. However, your recordings and transcribed text are shared with third-party AI services for the purpose of generating scorecard content.
  • Data Sharing: By using our service, you agree to the sharing of your recordings and text with third-party providers who assist in processing and generating content for your scorecards.
  • Processing Purpose: This data sharing is necessary for the core functionality of our service and is used solely for generating the requested scorecard content.

6. User Behavior Monitoring

When the Chrome extension is running, it monitors user behavior within the extension interface for the following purposes:

  • Quality assurance and service improvement
  • Performance optimization
  • Bug detection and resolution
  • User experience enhancement

This monitoring is limited to interactions with the Voicecard extension interface and does not track your activity on Greenhouse or other websites.

7. Content Responsibility

Voicecard is not responsible for any content generated by our AI tools. It is your responsibility to:

  • Review and verify all generated content before using it
  • Ensure the content meets all requirements set by relevant authorities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Ensure the content is appropriate for your specific use case

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and agree to use it at your own discretion and risk.

8. Subscription and Billing

Voicecard offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Includes 3 recordings per month with basic features
  • Paid Tiers: Offer additional recordings and premium features
  • Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Voicecard and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, but we retain rights to the generated content for service improvement purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicecard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
